Ongoing struggle with my knee, meaning I can barely walk today :(  I have my crutch upstairs this afternoon and just about hobbling - thinking of getting my other one out of the car, but that's lots of steps - indoors I'm shuffling up and down stairs on my....

So frustrated and nearly crying in pain...wondering if I can take more than just 3 x a day of 500g ibuprofen - paracetamol or something else?

Anyway, that's been my day.....
