Hoping for a break in the clouds…

…I didn’t really get a proper break. It peeped through a couple of times but nothing worthy of a proper photo.
Looking up Wastwater towards the Lakeland Giants, ie The Scafells and Great Gable. The heavens opened shortly after taking this shot so I beat a hasty retreat.
Nice ham salad sarnie from the famous bakery at Gosfoth brightened my spirits.
