West Regent Lane, Glasgow

As back lanes in Glasgow go, this one is comparatively clean and free of garbage and litter. My bus stop was right beside it.

I met friend Liz off the bus from Balfron and we enjoyed a very tasty carrot-and-coriander soup lunch in the concert hall café. 

Afterwards I guided Liz, who doesn't know her way round the city, to the Dental Hospital in Sauchiehall Street for her appointment, making sure she knew how  to get back to the bus station for her bus home.
