Climbing bean

Oh dear, I thought this bean had outrun the slugs as it had got quite tall and started twining around the support. But no, I looked at it this evening and found it had been eaten. The other two have already been decimated. So I’ve dug this one up and put it in the cold frame where I hope it might recover and put on more growth. I’ve never had this amount of trouble with slugs before but I guess we had such a wet spring. But I would like some green beans this year!
