Jubilee rock

It's been a month since I last ran, just not felt like it. Decided I needed to get my running mojo back so did a gentle early run in the woods with the dogs, followed by a slow road run up onto the moor. Managed nearly 4 miles at a slow pace but quite enjoyed it in the end.
This is the jubilee rock up on pendrift downs, with the north coast in the distance.
Did some training with Dina in the private road where I park my van, I kept her on a long line just incase she decided she wanted to explore the neighborhood, but she was amazingly focused
