Isolation

Oh we'll... I had an uncomfortable night whilst a cold virus tried to hijack my system, with my system giving as good as it got. 

The battle has continued during the day, and I have rested as much as possible to help the good guys to win. In some ways it has been positive, giving me time and space to think about a few things.

I did treat myself to brunch at the church cafe because I love a good bacon roll. They did not disappoint me. 

As the Blip shows, I stayed well away from the other patrons just in case it is... not a cold virus.
