Backblip because work

I didn't get to finish at the computer until about half six.  Partly I was 'in the zone' for devising an enormous flowchart for some management procedures, but it also took longer than I wanted and time ran away, and I was rewarded with a headache again.  I escaped into the fresh air after a bit of decompression, and cycled to the shops for the basics.  The sun was warm but it was freezing cold in the wind, which I think has come from the arctic and I was in my long tights and windproof again.

I spent a pleasant chunk of the evening on the phone with BikerBabe, catching up on her news with a huge cup of tea in hand, and that was about the day.
