Clyde walkway

I’m always relieved at the end of a walk, I had been a bit apprehensive about the various twists and turns on this stretch of the Clyde between Cambuslang and the David Livingstone Centre in Blantyre. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and like me were impressed with Bothwell Castle and its role in the Scottish Wars of Independence.

Good to decompress this evening friends and neighbours at P’s where we were treated to, amongst other things, monkfish kebabs and kohlrabi roulade prepared by D who is taking a sabbatical from his cheffing job.
