Sammy's Evening Walkies with Lottie

A cold day, a cold wind and cold showers, even reports of haily-puckles!  Thank goodness for sunshine in-between the rain.  

Up at 5am, early shift in the airport.  A busy day of passengers, and all flights on time.  Mam and Lottie popped by this evening, lovely to see them.  Off to bed early.  

It really is chilly after being in Cyprus, which had temperatures rising over 40⁰c today.  The beginning of June and an Arctic blast coming from the north.  We should be out enjoying the evening in a t-shirt or light jumper, not winter coats.  Still not bad, daylight still at 2130, another hour before sunset, although the sun dipped behind some wintry looking clouds.  Mam, Lottie and Sammy out walkies on Castle Street, Scalloway.
