The silent piano

The silent paino is playing rather faintly. I've hurt my eye somehow. Am going to have to have it checked out. I saw two patients in the 'cupboard' today. One of them wanted the door open, which was disconcerting for me as it has another door in front of ours, and people were passing constantly. With the other client it was evident that most things about the room were wrong. It's too small, it has only hard edges, hard lighting, no comfortable chairs, and so on Wednesday have some way to go. Either that, or I only see patients at the other surgery on a Monday, or at their homes. Neither of those are ideal. I shall continue to ponder what we can do make  the situation better. 

Since coming home, I've eaten a hot cross bun, put the bins out, and put myself to bed. I have slept a bit. The back problem is ok when lying down, but the eye is not all right.
