Mallards

A walk to the village this morning to the pharmacy and then a morning of more paperwork. I did get sidetracked and did some research on my family tree.
 
Today’s picture is of our twelve ducklings which are growing fast; there are definitely still twelve. They did not keep still in order for me to get a better picture and this was taken through the kitchen window. They were very busy eating the seed I had put down for them and now they come further up to the top of the orchard for their food.
 
The temperature at noon today was fifteen degrees Celsius.
