Psychiatrist; bird
hide; doggy brook walk and then
hospital blood test.

Busy day for Ben but he's done really quite well.  We had a catch up with the psychiatrist, she measured him and he's 182cm now, so very nearly 6 foot :-/ 
Ben's in a bit of a phase of interest (aka obsession) about bird spotting, so I'd told him if he was good at the psychiatrist we would go up to the bird hide at the water park, he can't track the birds with his eyes as his reaction times aren't so good but I took my camera with the long lens and snapped when we saw something and was able to show him on the screen.  He was really quite chilled and happy, we stayed for at least 20 minutes, which is about as long as Ben can do anything! 
Then we took the dog for a walk and again Ben was calm which is unusual as he often shouts at Leo for stopping or not coming back when he's called.
Lastly it was blood tests at the hospital and he nearly got shouty about wanting to get them to turn on the xbox in the waiting room but he just about held it together, so I'm classing today as a win, even though it was a no school day!
He's back in 11-3 tomorrow so that gives me a few minutes at least :-)
