Seascale

Thank you for all the kinds words yesterday.

A visit to Seascale today.... Don't tell anyone, but the Wellness Walk only made it as far as the beach, and ice cream may have been involved, but sometimes it's good to sit and talk, even better to listen, really listen.

Hard to reconcile this picture with the pouring rain back at IttH HQ, it's June and the fire is lit for the second night in a row.
