Beamish Museum.

The site is vast and we visited one of the areas that has just opened- the aged miners cottages. The next area to open will be the cinema, milk bar and toyshop. It opens in about 3 weeks so I will probably be going back then. 
Because we have season tickets we can visit as often as we like at no extra cost.
