I have a big birthday later this year. This is the first of 2 surprise parties thrown by my Minnesotan friends. Mary had saved the bottle of wine I bought her 5 years ago so we could drink it on my next visit. 
Minnesotans have to be right up there with the most welcoming cultures in the world.
