Oh! I Do Like to be Beside the Seaside

Went for the day to Weston-super-Mare, and had the typical British seaside experience: sand in our sandwiches, seagulls swooping on our picnic, unrelenting wind, fish and chips (with mushy peas and curry sauce), ice-cream cones, a pot of tea in a tea room, and a wander round the Grand Pier - even had a go on one of the games. Little one loved it all.

Gratefuls:
- Mike doing the driving (always grateful, but especially on British motorways)
- no rain at all and lots of sunshine (so not that typical)
- Tom submitting a job application

Beginning to remember how to use a proper camera again, this was at the start, but captures the feeling of the day.
