Poppies

Today has been a slow day. Only 1 out of 5 sessions was attended. This is one of the challenges at this time of year.

I ventured out for my walk early (the weather was unpredictable), and stumbled across this lovely scene.

I went for a walk with a friend after work - Glynde - mt Caburn - Glynde. Very lovely.

ZQ and Polly looked after Noo.

I had also made the most of sleep disturbance and been out for a run before 5.30am.

All in all, a good day.
