Crabby pup

This was the 3rd time we crabbed the pots. Crabs are getting better each time but we did not get any peelers or doublers today. I picked all the bodies collecting 2 lbs. of crab meat and we ate the claws for lunch. Yesterday we went fishing and caught 30 nice perch. They usually aren't that big until late July. We are starting to fill the freezer for next winter. We had crab cakes and fish every week last winter and still have a few packs of each left. We also shared with family and friends.
Sugar loves going in the boat and usually is pretty good. Only fell over 1 time last year :)! She is the star of the extra.

Remembering all the fallen during WWII today. I think of them often as I enjoy reading WWII novels.
