…. on the street catty-corner across the street from our front porch.

A big event today: A few days ago I had lost my cane (important for helping me walk), having left it near a friend’s house. So we went up King Street to a large CVS outlet which we knew had a good selection of canes. Sure enough it did, and we came away with an excellent, very substantial one.
