Smile!

I had my friend and her daughter around for lunch today. It was a glorious day so we splashed about in the pool. I gave them an aquafit workout which was fun.

They bought their dog over to play with my two. Tia had never met Oscar. She has met up with Maisie on several occasions but has never really gelled with her. Tia can be a bit snappy. Today they were all fine. I think the heat wore them all out and they were too tired to get cross with each other.

Going to have yet another BBQ tonight. Must make the most of this beautiful weather.

My legs were fine after my run yesterday which I was pleased with, so I went on another three mile run this morning after my bootcamp session. Cleared the head from all the drinking I did yesterday!

Must go and water my plants now...they are dying for a drink!
