Flower Friday

After a good nights sleep ( three in a row) l had a lazy start to the day.

Yesterday l went to the Grand Theatre in Leeds to see Beauty and the Beast with Rebecca. Went to Franco Manca for a pizza first.
Tickets had been booked a while ago so l missed the lighting of the Beacon in the village .
Thank you for all the hearts for yesterday’s blip, will reply individually as soon as l can. I enjoy starting off with a simple, singular flower and building up to the final image.

Garden looking lovely at the moment and here is a dahlia from it, bought in a pack of six a couple of weeks ago and now bursting into flower.

A day of doing lots of little jobs, nothing pressing, might go along and watch the sport’s day at a local school where Rebecca teaches.
