Fradley Pool again

The baby moorhens have grown and are at the irritating, lanky stage. This little charmer was annoying an adult male mallard who kept snapping a bit. The mother moorhen was calling out to this one who managed to avoid trouble.

After a stunning bright early morning, the cloud came over, and an odd sprinkling of rain.
