Reading material

Took the dogs for a walk in the local park this morning, they were both a bit tired after yesterdays swimming. Headed to the hospital to see the specialist about my back. Seems my disc as oozed out, a clinical term it apparently, a bit more since August last year and in pushing in the nerve fibers, as its getting a bit better decided not to do anything else and start back at the gym when we get back from holiday. Long day at work not getting anywhere but only another 4 days left. Came back and went to go outdoors to collect my new winter walking trousers for holiday and then some more packing.
