On Top of the World!
Well not quite, Hobblers on top of Noor Hill which felt like the approach to Everest at times with the raging wind in our faces!
A huge thank you to WilsdenWalker (seen here of course) for today's route around familiar places in our villages but with new twists and fabulous views all round. I am going to send the link to this page to R centre trigpoint, who keeps promising to join Blip now she is retired. The excellent company was complete with A on the left and somewhere behind is Jenga the Dog. She is quite a large dog so I am surprised there is only a hint of her visible in my blip.
Before our walk, Hobbler Angela and I put ourselves through the purgatory which is our weekly fitness session. How are you supposed to lift a heavy weight whilst doing a press up?? Certainly not how I was doing it as explained by instructor Sara!
After our walk A took tired Jenga home as she had a volunteer lunch to go to at the local hospice, whilst we three retired to Bingley (we're not Bingley we're Harden!) Garden Centre for cuppas and toasted teacakes.
Back home, cuppa drunk, Hobblwordl completed and report written, washing taken in, bird feeders filled and I'm having a quiet end of the afternoon, possibly working on Euan's new book.
