Leaning over the edge of the Maid of the Loch on Saturday to watch the martins flying under the jetty, I spotted these hawkbits growing. Nice background I thought with the sunny sky (?) weirdly darkly reflected so I snapped it with my Nikon Coolpix P100. The quality of the images is never quite that of the D5100 but I take more pictures since it is so easy and portable.
The Maid no longer sails Loch Lomond but is there to visit and buy coffee.
