Thorpeness, Suffolk

After a gentle start to the day and lots of chatting we went to Thorpeness and walked along the beach towards Aldeburgh . There were lots of yellow horned poppies .
After lunch by the lake we walked round the lanes by the enviable houses near the post mill and the House in the Clouds .
Seeing a film at Aldeburgh tonight ‘ La Chimera ‘ - we are hoping it will be interesting set in Italy .
