Selkie

Made by an artist friend, this figure is a selkie; a woman who can put on a seal skin and become seal. In some stories (according to artist friend) people steal the skin and the woman can never go back to the sea. She's used this idea & made it about people trafficking, by creating a 'skin' made of passports. I saw the selkie, who I loved; her face, her body made of many different things. But I haven't seen the skin yet.
Tennis in the morning, very very happy to play again with only minimal pain. And book club in the evening so a very nice day all round.
