New chest

We finished this off this morning, whilst waiting for a delivery.  I waxed, W fastened the back boards on, and applied protective pads to the base.

Then we got it into position, and I filled the drawers.  I rescued three more items from cupboards for the top.

This also means we have space in the drinks cabinet to actually display (rather than just store) the stuff in the top cupboard, and store some excess booze in the bottom cupboard.  And I've freed up a drawer in the kitchen.

After the delivery, we went out - first to vote - local and EU elections, though I can't vote in the EU poll.

And then up to the Garden Centre, where we spent a lot more Euros (see extra), and had a rather tasty lunch.

And finally we called into the Husqvarna Centre to get new blades for Husky.  No energy left for planting when we got home - that's for another day.
