A Favourite Walk

Today started with a cloud inversion which didn’t clear until after 2pm. The extra shows just the beginning of a lift in the inversion.  Glendhu Bay was in the direction of the brighter sky so I drove out to the Mt Aspiring Lookout carpark and walked from there towards Damper Bay.  It was mid to late afternoon and the light was amazing with the low sun.
PS Our favourite coffee shop is open again after renovations - the sanded and polished floor boards look amazing!!
