History.

Probably beyond when I was born this used to hang in my Grandparents bathroom. At bathtime my grandmother and I used to recite it together. Now more than six decades on it still resides in mine, It was the one thing I asked for from her home when she passed.

PLEASE REMEBER - DON'T FORGET - 
NEVER LEAVE THE BATHROOM WET -
NOR LEAVE THE SOAP STILL IN THE WATER.
THAT'S A THING WE  NEVER OUGHT'ER .
NOR LEAVE THE TOWELS ABOUT THE FLOOR,
NOR KEEP THE BATH AN HOUR OR MORE.
WHEN OTHER FOLKS ARE WANTING ONE -
PLEASE DON'T FORGET - IT ISN'T DONE
