Meeting Simone

Had a slow morning then met Simone for Lunch at the Brazilian Café close to Victoria Park.
It was lovely to catch up and she brought me some flowers from her garden.

Oh and I ate a pastel del nata too.

Back home for 3 and my coaching call with S which was amazing and very short.

But wooohooooo - her progress is incredible!!!

Was faffing in the evening and too late in bed .... again.
