Dragons
Whilst Mr HB has been up to the Gliding Club to collect parachutes for re-packing I’ve had a lovely lazy day. Looked after the cats, fed the fish in the big pond, did loads of watering and then sat by the little pond with a coffee and read some of my book but mostly watched the Dragonflies doing aerobatics over the pond, not sure of the ID but I think my blip is a female or immature male Broad-Bodied Chaser and in extra a male. Please feel free to correct me.
Later I helped Callum hold a glider canopy (heavy) whilst he plugged in all the electronics after his wonderful repairs of this lovely Glider which will be going to America in a few weeks’ time to take part in the 38th FAI (Federation Aeronautique Internationale) World Gliding Championship..
Extras: The male Chaser (?), Bee, Glider and my favourite view of the garden.
