Taking it all in

After a good night’s sleep in the ‘nest’ I went out for a run/walk with the bestest friend down the disused rail track after they’d already been for a proper run. It needs to kick start my running again as I actually sort of enjoyed it. Back to the lodge for breakfast and then we chilled whilst the favourite went out on his bike. And then we headed into Beverley for shopping and a good wander. Bailey frequented various benches with his favourite person and was made a fuss of by all and sundry. Lovely lunch sat outside and then a further wander before we headed back to the lodge via the scenic route through the wolds. And tonight we have walked into Cherry Burton to the pub for our tea. It’s been a very lovely day.
