The Birds

Emma had told us about a cafe we may like to visit, it was at Callow End by the Old Bush pub.  So after lunch we drove out there and visited The Shop at the Top as it is known.  A combination of farm shop and Deli.  We sat out on their verandah and had a really nice coffee, plus some complimentary cake as the order had taken a while to go through.

There was a large play area and a large aviary in the grounds.  The budgies were looking nice and in the extras is a Lady Amherst pheasant, so named as she introduced the bird to this country in the 1800s.
