Tarte tatin in the making

We have had/are having an extremely busy social weekend, mostly by coincidence rather than any special event. Lucky for (and our guests( The Brewer volunteered to make his trademark dessert. It was wonderful as usual, but I am tired and apologise for being behind in catching up with your journals. Back into action this coming week.
