ONE WAY TO KEEP COOL

Had a lot of sympathy for this lady, plunging into the Forth and Clyde canal to cool down - she got out safely too. My pal and I spotted her when we were out for a nice wee bike ride from Kirky to Auchenstarry. Good thing about cycling along towpaths is that you don't get out of breath so you can have a right good natter into the bargain. However, she did make me laugh so much at one point I nearly landed in the canal myself .
