Oh joy

Had 3.15 am 5 mile lap today as part of the relay team. Waiting for 20 minutes plus for my hand over to come in. It was freezing. Back in the camper at 4.30 as the birds were tweeting away. Didn’t sleep before hand as was worried about missing my time slot. Sleep is over rated
