CHANGING GEAR

First ride for me since early March. Only 7 miles . . . and with the help of cycle repairs and expensive alterations to enable me to change gears with my dodgy hands. Onwards and upwards and need to hget some miles in before joing T on his Big Bike Ride 2024 in early August. Happy Birthday T.
Any euphoria sadly soon evaporated . . . lost a grand Choir Friend today . . . big hole and I seem unable to help his wife C . . . RIP Richard . . . the plaesure was all mine.
