No Pilates today so walked around St Ives with fellow attendee V instead

Walking is my hobby and aim to walk everyday - lucky enough to have good walking companions primarily in the form of the ladies - sometimes accompanied by a man - the Bus Pass Walkers - kit as blipped comes out when walking with CHA where the walks are longer - the terrain more varied and often full day in areas new to me - normally just wear the boots - am not averse to walking alone - just thoroughly enjoy being outdoors taking in the scenery - it certainly lifts the spirits
