Mixed Weather

A steady relaxed day off work was the order of the day due to a day of mixed weather sunshine and rain . 
This morning was rather lazy as we enjoyed a drink and watched a film last night The first Omen a very enjoyable horror film . Still coughing a lot  so hopefully a couple of steady days might help me shift it .
After a snack for lunch there was a couple of jobs to be done breaking up an old wardrobe  and taking it to The Tip . We then went to do the weekly shopping at Sainsbury's . While at the checkout we noticed the rain coming down very heavy thankfully it had stopped by the time we went out to the car. I took this shot on my mobile while Julie was taking the trolley back showing the raindrops and the lovely  blue cloudy sky .

Back home and the shopping away  and then running the hover around upstairs where the old wardrobe had been , while doing this I noted the hoover making a bit of a strange noise so checked it out the brushes had got a bit clogged up so sorted that out .
A very relaxed evening  with some general TV viewing . Fingers crossed the weather improves tomorrow but the forecast is not looking good
