Down in the tube station at midday

Sod's law - I'm not in London for a couple of years and then I have to make the trip twice in four days. And of course, it would just happen to conicide with the hottest couple of days of the year with the temperatures well over 30 degrees at street level and even worse on the tube. At least in places like Spain with similar temperatures, they have the good sense to chill in the middle of the day and shut the place down for a couple of hours.

I seriously dislike the tube. Crammed in like sardines and standing with your nose pressed into someone else's sweaty oxter for long periods is not my idea of fun...
