teacakes,my colleague was in the UK last week and brought these back as a treat to share. They went down well today. There is something similar in Germany but these are better. 

Had some training and tips on difficult conversations with families which was very helpful. The tips given worked well. Nazilla cooked for us all at lunchtime which was a treat. Rice with a lentil Dahl and salad. She cooks the rice in a way that gets it crispy at the bottom. 

Planned more of our trip to Scotland and have an itinerary sorted out. Getting excited about catching up with people.
