Sunset …..

….. ….. ….. over the Remarkable Mountains.

There was light rain overnight and a frost first thing, so the roads were icy. Careful driving was okay and I made it to the first physio appointment for my wrist. The physio herself was good value and I’m confident that her help will enable better movement for my wrist/thumb. It felt really painful afterwards but yay for Panadol!

Looks like another good frost tonight.
