Today is sunny and cold so it is pleasant for walking and gardening.

I have done the washing and got it on the line.

I went out for a blip walk and took photos of white flowers, including mock orange blossom and hydrangea flowers.

Paul dug out another area of the lawn. It is very peaty and heavy to lift. He has a strong spade.

I was watching an interesting documentary on BBC Scotland last evening about two people who lived on a remote island and cut peat to heat their houses. It looked like very hard work, but they were incredibly cheerful.

I am going to watch online Mass now and then it will be lunchtime.
