Rhythm of the Oars

I was away for the weekend to enjoy a bit of the Dutch summer, as it mostly only lasts three days ;-)

Sitting on a deck at a channel I had seen this couple canoeing by in their American Indian style canoe towards the sunset.

I just love the rhythm of the oars in the water and as I know the area, I knew they headed for a dead end waterway, so they had to return within a short while.

I walked towards a bridge and just had to wait for ten minutes to shoot them from this angle :-))

Viewing large is more enjoyable!
