Chilly

I had decided to have a run to the Black Isle this morning. God it was cold! Stood with the crowds on the beach waiting for dolphins (in vain). Seals and plenty of seabirds but I was frozen when I got back to the car. Drove to Cromarty and had a nice walk around the village. Unfortunately the Hugh Miller Cottage and the Court House were closed. Jumped onto the Cromerty-Nigg Ferry which was an adventure in itself! Dotted around Dornoch, Bonar Bridge and Dingwall on the other way home.
