Pickled lemons

In a few weeks I will be able to cook chicken tagine. But first I'll have to wait for the lemons to be ready, then I'll have to ask Lucas, my 12-year-old grandson,  about this recipe. He is the family expert when it comes to preparing this Moroccan dish!
I've also made lemon ice cubes for summer lemonades!
