Ouch

Went for our usual 10k Sunday morning run. I fell over on the steps of the horseshoe bridge on the way back. The non-slip surface is like sandpaper so I ended up with grazed knees. Luckily my palms survived. The adrenalin rush did mean that I sped up on the way home.
