Trundling North

Seems like only last week I was driving south from Aberdeen to Oxford. Today was spent driving North again.  

Roads all felt pretty chaotic this morning (and my phone sat nav kept telling that my route was blocked and that it was re-routing me), but it did eventually calm down and I got to my overnight stop in Ecclefechan with time to go in search of orchids.  

I stopped here at much the same time last year and found a few orchids, lots more visible this year.
