Alfie the cat

Well Alfie doesn't seem to have any problems with sleeping, he just curls up and closes his eyes and he is fast asleep. Me on the other hand, am sleeping at all the wrong times. I set my alarm for 9AM which by any means is not early,but I seem to sleep right through it. Leaving me struggling at night to fall asleep. It's a milestone blip for me the next blip i put on and as my wonderful followers will know, can be any time as I don't blip every day now.
